		<description>Nolan, you seem to have jogged a memory in me.

I remember this lady that came to the gym in Thailand.  She was from Victoria Island.

She had not been in a gym nor had exercised for over 15 years.  She was not there to train for a fight but to just start getting back in shape.  

The trainer insisted that for the first week during the morning training sessions she just go for a walk with. 

It started getting her used to showing up everyday.

We were all proud of her not for the intensity of her workouts but the discipline of showing up.
